RETURN POLICY

The Univera Guarantee

Univera is so confident in the effectiveness, safety, and quality of its products that it offers a 90-day Money-Back Guarantee. Univera products purchased from the website or Univera’s Customer Care may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a 100% refund, excluding return shipping and handling.

All products returned require a copy of the original Univera invoice or packing slip and must conform to the terms of this Return Policy.

Returns Process

  1. Log in to your account at ca.univera.com
  2. Select Order History
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Select Return
  5. Select Submit Return Request
  6. Select Download Return Invoice
  7. Find Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)
  8. Return product (empty container(s) or unused portion of the product in its original container) within 30 days of obtaining the RMA#

Conditions

  • Include a copy of the packing slip or invoice showing the product purchase.
  • Write the RMA# on the outside of each carton being returned and on the invoice.
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Use a method of return shipment with tracking information. Tracking information will be requested if there is a question regarding the delivery of your return.
  • Use proper shipping carton(s) and packaging materials.
  • The return of $1,500 or more of products in a calendar year by a customer may be grounds for termination of your customer account.

No refund or replacement of product will be made if all 90-day Guarantee conditions are not followed. Purchases of Univera products made on other than the Univera website must follow the return procedures specified on the site of purchase. Customer Care cannot access information nor process returns of any products not purchased on the Univera website.
