Process; 

 

  • If you are unable to start the return process online, please call Customer Care at (CA) 800-363-1890. (Mon - Fri, 8AM - 5PM (PT); Your refund process may be expedited if you contact Customer Care with the return tracking number

  2. Select My Orders
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Select Return & Submit Return Request
  5. Select Download Return Invoice
  6. Find Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)
  7. Return product within 30 days of obtaining the RMA#

 

Condition;

 

  • Provide a copy of the invoice with the returned products. Such invoice must reference the RMA Number and include the reason for the return.
  • Ship back empty boxes, containers, bottles, or unused portions of the product(s) being returned. Partial Packs will not be accepted; all components must be returned. Such products must
  • be returned to Univera within 30 days from the date the RMA# Number was issued.
  • On the outside of your returning order, please write your return number on 3 different sides.

  • All returns must be shipped to Univera pre-paid. Our warehouses do not accept returns onsite.
  • The return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer and will not be refunded by Univera.
  • When you return your order, please obtain and keep your return tracking number, until you have seen your credit issued. Univera recommends shipping returned product by UPS or FedEx, as risk of loss in shipping the returned product shall be borne solely by the Customer. If returned product is not received at Univera’s Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Customer to trace the shipment and no credit will be applied.
  • Once your order is received into the warehouse, it may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for the refund to apply to your account.
  • Additional purchases of products and SKUs previously refunded will not be eligible for return or refunds.

  • Use proper shipping carton(s) and packaging materials.
  • The return of $1,500 or more of products in a calendar year by a customer may be grounds for termination of your customer account.
  • No refund or replacement of product will be made if all 90-day Guarantee conditions are not followed. Purchases of Univera products made on other than the Univera website must follow the return procedures specified on the site of purchase. Customer Care cannot access information nor process returns of any products not purchased on the Univera website.
